Infidelity

A woman of 40 who had been married for 10 years contacted our agency in a case of suspected unfaithfulness on the part of her husband, a handsome 45 year-old Director of a multinational company. The man often travelled on business, nationally and abroad, although the trips were never planned and he had no fixed working hours during the week.

The woman's suspicions were aroused by small clues found during the course of time: a telephone number memorised in the list of calls made from his mobile phone, a strange e-mail from an unknown user, which only contained the word OK, telephone rings on the house telephone that gave the impression of being signals and not callers calling the wrong number, receipts from restaurants and bars indicating 2 purchases, new objects found among her husband's personal possessions, sudden mood changes by her husband following telephone calls apparently connected to work and changes in the couple's daily routine.

After studying the case and planning a course of action, we started the investigation, which required the use of two teams of agents, electronic equipment such as spy-cams, walkie-talkies, satellite dishes, night vision equipment, infrared film cameras, time-laps registration system and microphones. The investigation went on for two weeks and ended in a positive outcome. The woman's suspicions were founded; the man had been having an extra-marital relationship with a 32 year-old professional woman, who worked for the multinational, for the last two years. The two planned their business travels so as to leave during the same period, but never at the same time, and managed to keep their relationship secret from their respective spouses for some time.

Youth control

A married couple aged 50 and 48, both teachers, contacted our agency concerning a communication problem with their daughter, an 18 year-old student at a private school. The problem was that the couple did not know about their daughter's daily routine. She had latterly become a rebel, unwilling to do things and always in a temper.

The girl was taking private English lessons at the home of a 30 year-old mother-tongue teacher, who was part of the family's circle of friends together with his parents. The girl was also taking an afternoon course in modern dance at a dance school. The girl's parents were worried about her being in the company of unsavoury people at the dance school, or possible acquaintances made in that sphere.

After studying the case, surveillance was begun, using a team of agents compatible with this type of investigation, given the delicateness of the situation.
The surveillance lasted for 3 weeks in order to ascertain the facts that emerged during the investigation. The girl regularly attended lessons at school, her friends were mostly female, she attended the course at the dance school regularly, going to lessons with a female friend of her own age, and did not have other friends or acquaintances outside the dance school. The investigation therefore concentrated on family acquaintances, in other words the young mother-tongue teacher.

The checks revealed that the girl had been having a relationship with the young man, during which she became pregnant and had had an abortion at the insistence of the young man. She was traumatised by this experience and overcame her sadness and frustration by taking drugs at the young man's home.
The young man's parents had been aware of his relationship with their friends' daughter, but had felt it best to keep it secret.

Tracing a missing person

A 50 year-old businessman contacted our agency to trace the woman with whom he had had a relationship 10 years ago and fathered a baby girl.
The Italo-American woman would now be 32. The only personal details available were her name, the place where the fact in question (pregnancy) occurred and the name of the arts academy and show that she frequented during the relationship.

Having studied the case, we started the process of tracing the woman, which, given the facts that emerged during the investigation, required intelligence work and two teams, one in Italy and the other in the United States. The case had a positive outcome.
After staying in Italy for about two years and continuing her studies in various Italian art schools and working in nightclubs to pay for her studies and her daughter's upbringing, the woman was traced to Boston in the USA, where she lives with her daughter and works for a theatre company.

Youth control

Having been contacted on our helpline by a woman in a state of distress, we asked one of our agents to go to the woman's house immediately, where he was welcomed by her and her husband.
They both explained the reason why the call was made with such urgency.
Their son, who had just turned eighteen, had started behaving in a strange, anti-social manner. Whereas before he had been happy, without a care in the world, he was now withdrawn, nervous, irrational and often came to blows with his parents and went into a rage, smashing everything up.

After analysing every tiny detail with the parents, we provided them with equipment for checking on the boy within the house, tapping the telephone line and computer, and therefore keeping all methods of communication within the house under surveillance. Then the investigation began, which included a complete report comprising films and photographs of the boy when he went out.

After about a month, a very negative situation emerged. The boy was taking drugs, alcohol, unauthorised medication and hallucinogenic drugs. He frequented young drug addicts and homeless boys and often had inexplicable outbursts of violence.
The parents, having been notified of this situation, took him to be cured at a centre specialised in the recovery of young drug addicts. After a while, the boy recovered completely.

Damages and harassment

A young woman of 28 contacted our agency; for some time, she had been finding her car and the front door of her house damaged and covered in obscene graffiti, which lead her to contact us in order to solve the problem.
After verifying the woman's suspicions, we made available high technology equipment able to escape the notice of even the keenest eye. The equipment was installed by us both on the car and the front door of the house. This equipment enabled us to film, record and catalogue all events over a period of 30 days. Thanks to this equipment, it was possible to identify those responsible for perpetrating the damage. They have subsequently been prosecuted by the authorities for the crimes they committed.
